Cong began his career as a pharmacist in 1998, gaining extensive management experience in Business Administration in Pharmacy and Law. Being a pharmacist after nearly 20 years was too comfortable, the quest to find joy and meaning in work and life began as Cong was always inspired by successful people with their contributions and legacy. The journey of finding his true passion unfolded when Cong experienced immense joy and a deep sense of purpose in helping his circles of businesses to achieve the optimal desirable level of time and money.

After achieving astonishing results in his own pharmacy business with a 50% value increase within the 12 month period (through the Covid-19 pandemic), Cong now extends his truly unique, and tested approach to solving problems to a broader business community.
